Flood Law Attorney Randy Secontine Succeeds In Having Criminal Charge Dropped
Attorney Randy Secontine of Flood Lanctot Connor Stablein successfully represented ex-Lions football player Tommie Boyd in criminal charges alleged against him on March 23, 2010. Boyd was facing a charge that could bring a prison sentence of up to fifteen years. Secontine successfully represented to the court that the allegations were unfounded and that Boyd in fact did not break the law. The court agreed with Secontine and dismissed the charge against Boyd. Secontine will continue to represent Boyd in other criminal charges that are expected to be resolved in the coming months.
