Trial Experience:
I won a trial where my client was charged with Felon In Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm 2nd Offense, which carries a mandatory 5 years in prison. My client maintained his innocence. He was shot walking through a park in Detroit. When the police arrived they found him shot and a gun 20 feet away. We convinced the jury that my client was the victim, not the defendant. I saved that man 8 years in prison for something he did not do.
