In a leading case involving the former Pine Knob Music Theatre, Jeff successfully represented his clients from the trial court through the Michigan Supreme Court, and established new Michigan law concerning Premises Liability claims and the duty owed by landowners. MacDonald v PKT, Inc., et al, 464 Mich 322, 628 NW2d 33 (2001).
Jeff also has extensive experience with large value and high profile cases.
