Flood, Stablein, and Gorcyca Honored Fellows of the Oakland County Bar Foundation.

ROYAL OAK, MI (February 4, 2011) – Flood Lanctot Connor Stablein PLLC, is proud to announce that Todd F. Flood, Paul J. Stablein, and David G. Gorcyca have been named as Fellows of the Oakland County Bar Foundation .

Participation as a Fellow in the Foundation is by invitation only and it serves as a professional distinction and honor. The Fellows program supports the programs of the Oakland County Bar Foundation. The number of Fellows is limited to not more than 5% of the total active membership of the State Bar of Michigan who practice in Oakland County.

The Oakland County Bar Foundation (the Foundation), originally known as the Oakland County Law Library Foundation, was founded in 1976. In 1999 it was re-named the Oakland County Bar Foundation, and began its partnership with the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA).

Through the partnership with the OCBA, the Foundation raises funds to support law-related projects and programs. In addition the Foundation works to improve and facilitate the administration of justice in Oakland County and throughout the State of Michigan, to ensure to the fullest extent possible that legal services are made available to all members of the public, to promote continuing legal education of lawyers and judges, to educate the public regarding their legal rights and obligations, and fostering and maintaining the honor and integrity of the profession of the law.
