FLCS represents the City of Allen Park in a wide range of litigation ranging from Tax Tribunal Appeals, Contract Disputes, and Employment Issues.

Dangerous Bulding: 4100 Allen – FLCS is working with the City and property owner to either restore or tear down dangerous building.

CITY OF ALLEN PARK v. MICHIGAN TAX COMISSION – The City, through FLCS, recently filed a petition for review of an administrative decision in Wayne County Circuit Court. If FLCS wins the appeal, the City of Allen Park will recover approximately $300,000.00 in tax revenue.
