Nuisance Abatement

Allen Park City Council recently gave FLCS the approval to file legal actions against property owners who are failing to maintain their properties in a safe and sanitary manner.

These are cases where property owners have not complied with property maintenance code, building code, and other regulations thereby creating a nuisance on property.

• FLCS will file complaints in Wayne County Circuit Court asking judge to order property owner to clean up property.
